This iconic French luxury fashion house was founded in 1945 and is known for its contemporary, refined aesthetic and its prêt-à-porter, leather goods, and accessories. CLX supports the brand by providing a centralized production and approval workflow through FLUiiD4, combined with dedicated operational support for e-commerce post-production, enabling precise control, faster publishing and seamless collaboration across teams.
The problem we addressed.
The client’s production process relied heavily on email-based approvals, resulting in fragmented communication and slow decision-making. The archiving and publishing teams needed automated delivery, while showroom teams needed greater autonomy for content uploads without losing governance.
How we solved it.
We implemented centralized approvals within FLUiiD4, enabling in-platform annotations, automatic task assignment and three dedicated review levels to reflect internal validation processes. A custom F4–Bynder integration was built to ensure an end-to-end flow across shoot, post-production, publishing, and archiving.
To make it easier to search between product shots and on-model images, or to link new versions of products across seasons, custom metadata models helped product categorization, precise asset filtering, and faster search across asset types. In addition, personalized file renaming rules were introduced to enable controlled showroom uploads while ensuring accurate asset-type recognition and governance.
