The client is a globally recognized brand in the bike and automotive industry, known for its strong heritage, advanced engineering, and distinctive design language. Combining performance, innovation, and lifestyle, it maintains a solid international presence across product development, motorsport, marketing, and brand communication.
The problem we addressed.
The client owned over 500,000 product content assets, scattered across teams, agencies and systems. The unstructured distribution, paired with fragmented asset production workflows, slowed down collaboration. Additionally, the client had to deliver content in real-time to newspapers and media outlets during live events, where speed is critical to brand visibility and communication effectiveness.
How we solved it.
We implemented FLUiiD4 as a centralized content hub, defining a robust taxonomy and normalizing data imported from multiple sources into a single, coherent system. Structured workflows were designed to govern asset production, validation and distribution, ensuring consistency and control across departments.
Through API integrations with third-party systems, FLUiiD4 enabled fast, automated content distribution, supporting real-time delivery needs during events and seamless collaboration between internal teams, agencies and global sales networks.
